Dave has worked in construction for more than 40 years. He stays involved through planning, estimating, field decisions, quality control and the final walkthrough. His experience reading existing structures and Cape Cod sites helps homeowners understand the practical choices behind the work.

A Falmouth High School graduate, Spencer has nearly 20 years of residential construction experience. His precision, problem-solving and steady on-site presence make him central to the day-to-day work and coordination of the crew.
How we work
Good construction depends on preparation before the first wall opens. DC Builders reviews the site, project goals, likely permitting needs, access and material choices before setting a construction plan.
During the build, the team coordinates each phase and keeps decisions visible. At closeout, the project is cleaned, inspected and walked with the homeowner so the punch list is understood and completed.
