How long does a bathroom remodel take?
It depends on the scope. A tub-to-shower conversion within the existing footprint is a different job than a full gut renovation or a new primary bath suite, and tile and fixture lead times affect the calendar as much as the work on site. During the consultation, DC Builders walks through the sequence for your specific project so you know what to expect before demolition starts.
Can you make a bathroom accessible or ready for aging in place?
Yes. That can mean a curbless walk-in shower, blocking in the walls for grab bars now or later, wider doorways, comfort-height fixtures, better lighting, and slip-resistant flooring. These decisions are easiest and least expensive to make during a remodel, while the walls are already open.
Do you handle the plumbing and electrical?
Yes. Licensed plumbers and electricians handle their trades, and DC Builders coordinates them inside one schedule with the tile, carpentry, and finish work—one job, one builder responsible, with inspections handled along the way.
